• Customers are requested to check the product carefully in front of the delivery person before making payment.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must return it immediately by paying the delivery charge.
• After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will send a replacement product within 3–4 working days.
• Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging and condition.
• Returns requested after the delivery person leaves may not be accepted.
• Slight color differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Cash on Delivery service is available all over Bangladesh for your convenience.
• Ladieszenbd reserves the right to reject any return request if the product is found used or damaged by the customer.
